Journaling – is about writing down all the stuff that is heavy on your heart, that doesn’t usually come up and out in everyday conversations. Work to create a ritual, whatever that looks like for you. Find your happy peaceful place… meditation, walk in nature, listening to music, whatever ignites your creative side.
Running – We are all running from something and eventually we find that we can’t run forever. Whatever you are running from will eventually catch you and take you down. It’s so easy to want to help others, but if we work on and help others, we can not be working on ourselves. We can not find ourselves in others work. We have to do our own work to find ourselves.
When you learn to stop fighting the flow of energy that is positive, loving and affirming. In stead of listening to the I’m not good enough, the must keep running, keep helping others, and looking for the answer in everything else. When you stop and listen you can begin to forgive and unbecome all you are, so you can then create the you, you want to become.
