Today we are diving into understanding Ayahuasca and the Ayahuasca Ceremony experience with Demi Faraday.
Ayahuasca is originally from the Amazon region in South America. It is made into a tea composed of the ayahuasca vine and a DMT containing plant, which is brewed for several days until you get a thick tea. This tea tastes a bit like your drinking something off the floor of the forest.
The vine is referred to as the vine of souls, and it contains the information and mother ayahuasca is considered to be a master plant teacher. The DMT works to take the rational mind off line, which allows one to enter into an altered state of consciousness and interdimensional awareness. Once in that state, the vine – mother ayahuasca shares her wisdom. And the wisdom is all about you, you and also us as a collective. How we as a human race are part of a larger ecosystem of plants, insects, animals, the sky, the clouds, the rain and everything that comprises our ecosystem.
Once you drink the tea it takes about an hour or so and once you are in that state, that is when the teaching begins. Mother Ayahuasca meets you right where you are. She will take you to what it is you need to look at or work on. You become more of an objective observer than a subjective experiencer. She will take you there and give you tools to help you process and heal.
Demi Faraday experienced hundreds of ceremonies before stepping into becoming an Ayahuasca ceremony leader. The Ayahuasca experience is not to be taken lightly as you are working with DMT. It is recommended that you research the facility and the leaders knowledge, experience and training prior to attending a ceremony.
